The Combat First Aid Kit (CFAK) SlimLine™ is advanced in multiple dimensions. Our internal layout system is innovation in the design providing you with a Modular Adjustable Retention System (M.A.R.S™) to handle your equipment and layout the way you want. Our rapid release system makes access to life saving equipment quick and easy. One pull on the beaded handle and the pouch releases from it's platform, however the pouch remains secure on it's platform if the beaded pull is not engaged. The pouch is also easily reattached with one hand. The SlimLine™ is designed to be lightweight, durable and does not eat up a lot of MOLLE real-estate with our 2 MOLLE channel footprint.
